Nicole Bailey, LCSW, PhD aka Dr. Nik (pronouns: she/they) who is a Jamaican Born- Intuitive Queer Trauma- Informed therapist. They offer an affirming and safe space to those of the 2SLGBTQIA+ and ethical polyamory communities. Preferred modalities are EMDR, DBT and Ego-State Parts work with aspects of African Ancestral Wisdom and Metaphysics as a way to alleviate life stressors and disappointments that are centered around attachment and emotional wounds. They believe in the power of vulnerability and authenticity as these two qualities are proven to transcend the helping relationship and focuses on treating the whole of someone not just a part. #AffirmingSpace #InclusiveTherapist

Raquel Johnson, Certified Professional Life Coach- As a Transformation Life Coach, I bring twenty years of substance abuse, mental health, and relationship experience to the table. I began life coaching ten years ago when encountering the family members of my clients who were completely burned out and overwhelmed with around the clock care for their loved ones. My suggestions and guidance were well received which motivated me to create my life coaching platform. Emotional Trauma: Rejection and Abandonment

Gaslighting and Ghosting tends to trigger old emotional wounds: rejection and abandonment issues from childhood. Many individuals experience symptoms associated with these painful and traumatic circumstances such as shame, betrayal, and fear. As these are just a few emotions that can linger from being ghosted or gaslighting. This was the start of my own spiritual awakening and healing journey. We can support and guide you through the healing process by attuning and reconnecting you to the power of self-love, self-compassion and exploring your inner Divine strength.

Depression & Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Couples/Polycule Relationship

Couples relationship can be beneficial to those who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Internal Family System and Attachment Theory approaches are used to guide our sessions. These therapy sessions are held with all parties in a HIPAA virtual affirming setting to promote harmony in the relationship and support intimate partners in developing their authentic self.

Good "No Surprise Act" Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and behavioral health care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical and behavioral items and services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
